At the Crail Press I love creating 'ephemera' - small pieces of printing that are designed to be used, such as bookmarks or coasters. Customised to your needs, these can make the perfect wedding favour or conference keepsake.

I have also taken commissions for business cards, change of address cards, correspondence cards, unique personalised cards and posters, and am always delighted to try out something new provided it can be made using type and paper!

Everything created at the Crail Press is made by hand, from the setting up of the 'forme' containing the type and blocks to be printed to taking a 'pull' at the press for each and every copy made. Each commission is unique, and my quote will vary based on the amount of text to be set, the complexity of the design, and the cost of materials - particular the paper - to be used.
